				Effects Controls: Images or Videos Some effects require one or more images (in addition to the main image that appears in Videator's image view area). When the effect is first applied, it uses a default image. You can set the default image in the Images tab of the Preferences window. You can also set a folder of images; Videator will use a randomly selected image from this folder when the effect is initially applied. Any time an effect requires an image, you can also use a video file, the same video input, or fractal input from Xaos. To set the image, drag an image or video file onto the image area in the controller. You can drag files from your pix or flix library or from the Finder. You can also click the Options button on the controller and then click the Choose button to bring up a standard Open File dialog. To use the same video (either recorded or live), drag the Live Base icon from the pix or flix library. To use output from XaoS, drag the XaoS icon from the pix or flix library.
